At Go Eco Mart, we’re committed to delivering sustainability, not just through our products, but also in how they reach your doorstep. Whether you’re planning an eco-conscious dinner or stocking up for an event, we make sure your package gets to you safe, sound, and planet-friendly.

1.  Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Bangladesh and select international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped Saturday through Thursday, excluding holidays. We partner with reliable delivery carriers to ensure your eco-friendly tableware travels responsibly, just like it was designed to.

2. Processing Time

Your order is precious to us, so we start prepping it as soon as it hits our system.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Custom Orders / Bulk Packages: 3–5 business days (based on volume and branding requests)
    Note: Processing time does not include weekends or delivery transit time

3. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Go Eco Mart is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an error is noticed, contact us immediately at support@goecomart.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it’s already on the way, we’ll try our best, but additional reshipping fees may apply.

4.  Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack our products with utmost care, but once a package is in transit, the carrier holds responsibility.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • If your item is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll open a claim with the courier.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders marked as “delivered” by the courier unless shipping insurance was selected at checkout.

5.  International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally! Our eco tableware has no borders—and neither do we. Please note
  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination, customs processing times, and local courier efficiency.
  • Eco-lovers from countries with stricter customs regulations (such as Germany or Australia), please factor in possible clearance delays
