
Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered—but if not, we’re here to help. At Go Eco Mart, we handle returns thoughtfully to ensure both our customers and the planet stay protected.
1.Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Bulk or custom-branded orders
- Items marked as final sale
2.Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The item must be unused and in resellable condition.
- The return request must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Wholesale buyers: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, reported within 3 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for unsold stock or change-of-mind orders.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@goecomart.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Retail customers will receive return instructions
- Wholesale partners will be offered a choice of replacement, credit note, or refund.
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours, a refund or replacement may be issued without the need to return the item.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Go Eco Mart is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
